This 12,000 BTU air conditioner is portable and
easy to move from room to room, ideal for rooms up to 400 sq.ft. With
dehumidifier for moisture removal (up to 65 pints per day).
The Amcor ALW 12000E portable air conditioner is designed to fit in most
average-size rooms up to 350sq.ft. This model also functions as a 55 pint
dehumidifier.
This portable air conditioner from Amcor cools with 12,000 BTUs, a built-in
washable filter, and can remove up to 65 pints of moisture per day from a 400
square foot room. The unit features "Continuous On" and 1- to 12-hour digital
timer settings with remote control, perfect for cooling the room any time of
day. Smooth rolling casters help make moving the unit from room to room a
breeze, while the 8-foot cord can be plugged into any grounded outlet.
Self Evaporating Technology: During the cooling process, some water is
extracted from the air into the unit. Most of this water is then recycled and is
used to cool the unit and make it run more efficiently. This means that
approximately 65 to 70% of water condensed is evaporated out with the exhaust
air and reducing the hassle of emptying the water tank constantly. This unit has
a built-in water tank (not removable, but does have a drain outlet) and an
optional water tube for drainage. When the tank fills, the compressor stops
operating and the power light will flash. Comes with both a window and a wall
exhaust kit. The wall kit enables the unit to exhaust through the wall. AC must
be vented via exhaust hose(included).
